Director/Coach

Drew Hays

Coach Hays is the current Offensive Coordinator for MCLA Division 1 UCSB Gauchos.

He graduated from The University of North Carolina in 2015 where he was a four year letterman for the Tar Heels on the Mens Lacrosse Team.

He is the owner/founder of SB Lax School which specializes in private group lessons in Santa Barbara.

Executive Director/Coach

Andy Chalupa

Coach Chalupa is the Program Director and Owner of Hotshots Lacrosse Club (Santa Barbara/Santa Ynez Valley) as well as the Event Director of SB Sixes.

He was a fixture on the fields at Corona Del Mar High School from 2010-2016 and helped the Sea Kings win two CIF Southern Section Championships in 2012 and 2016. During this time, Chalupa also directed the Newport Beach Surf Dawgs, the youth boys lacrosse program that feeds Corona Del Mar and Newport Harbor High Schools.

"We are looking for players who are focused and looking to improve their game. We started the Grizzlies to provide quality individual lessons, small group sessions, team practices and compete against the best, locally."
