2026 TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE
Throughout the Summer, Fall and Winter, Grizzlies identify tournament options for players looking to take their game to the next level.
Selection for Grizzlies tournament team players is by your high school coach's recommendation or by invitation directly from Grizzlies Directors and Coaches. Players will be placed on either the BLUE (highest level) or the WHITE team. Our Grizzlies WHITE Team players are typically younger and an ability level lower than BLUE but are looking to improve and make larger contributions in the future to their high school teams.

PLAYER FEES
EXPLAINED
The cost per player for each tournament will vary based on roster size, tournament location, and the event’s registration fees. The Player Fee covers team entry costs, coaching stipends, coach travel expenses (including gas, meals, and flights when applicable), and administrative costs associated with organizing and managing each event.
Each tournament typically includes 4–5 games, with games spread across both days (generally 2–3 on Saturday and 2–3 on Sunday).
Whenever possible, we strongly encourage and appreciate full payment for all scheduled events upfront, as it allows us to plan and operate more efficiently.
DEPOSITS
SHOW YOUR COMMITMENT
A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your player’s spot for each tournament. This deposit allows us to commit to events by covering required team entry fees and guaranteeing our place in the tournament.
The remaining balance of the player fee is due no later than three weeks prior to the event. Timely payment is critical, as it allows us to finalize rosters and, if needed, bring in additional players to fill key positions. This ensures we are fully prepared and able to compete at a high level.
LODGING
ON THE ROAD
For out-of-town tournaments, families are responsible for arranging and covering their own lodging. If a parent would like to take the lead in organizing a team hotel or coordinating a group block, please let me know. Otherwise, the Grizzlies will not manage lodging logistics, as family preferences and budgets vary.
